Refund and Returns Policy

At ELITE BILLIARDS® , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work on our website.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 14–30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must:

Be in new, unused condition

Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags

Be free of chalk marks, dents, scratches, or other signs of use (for cues and tables)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Custom or special-order cues

Opened chalk, tip tools, or gloves

Clearance or final-sale items
2. Return Process

Request Authorization
Contact our support team at info@elite-billiards.com with your order number and reason for return. -
Receive Return Instructions
We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. -
Package Securely
Ship the product back in its original packaging, insured and trackable. -
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds

Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Timing: Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for the refund to appear on your account.

Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A small restocking fee may apply for high-value items such as tables or custom orders.
4. Exchanges
Need a different weight, tip size, or style? We’re happy to exchange eligible items for a better fit. Contact us within the return window to start the exchange process.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Please keep all packaging materials for the claims process.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping at no charge.
Once your order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
7. Large Item Returns (Tables & Game Furniture)
Pool tables, game tables, and other large items may be subject to additional return restrictions:

Must be returned in original, unopened packaging

Customer is responsible for return freight costs unless the item arrived damaged

Re-stocking fees may apply due to handling and logistics costs
